Out of Chapter Visiting Players


If you are a member of another NERO International chapter and plan to attend a NERO Epic chapter function you will need to contact your records department (be sure to copy records@neroepic.com)requesting to have your current character card emailed to records@neroepic.com no later then Thursday the week of the event.

We recommend that you send the request as early as possible so that your records department has time to get your character card sent, even if you only "think" you might be coming. If you copy records@neroepic.com it allows us to follow up with your records department if the card is not received by the deadline.

If your card is not received by the deadline then you could be unable to participate at the event, either as a PC or NPC. The card not only provides us with your character information, but also confirms that you have an active NERO membership.
