Pre - Registration Guidelines
Event Cost:
Pre-Reg/Pre-Pay - $45
Pre-Reg/Pay @ Door - $50
Show Up, Pay @ Door - $60
Page (ages 13-14) - $25
Pre-Registration Deadline:
To receive the discounted Pre-Reg price you must have your registrations turned in no later than Two Weeks prior to the event date.*
*The Two week deadline also pertains to contacting plot and updating your character.

Below is a link to the "Pre-Reg Form". Please complete with "All" Magic Items, Production and OC Skills. Once completed please email the form to logistics@neroepic.com. Pre-Registration Form
This is the only accepted Pre-Reg Form. If you don't have Magic Items, Production, OC Skills just send an email saying you are pre-regging and that you have 'none of the above'. If you can't access the file send your information via email. Also be sure to let us know how you will be paying (paypal, mail or at the door). If this form is not received by the 2 week deadline then you will not qualify for the discounted pre-reg price!!!
Also, if you want to request your NPC time please include your top 2-3 choices in your pre-reg email. We will let you know what time you got once we build the NPC schedule. **Remember that if you NPC a complete 4 hour shift you will get FULL loose paid**
Character Updates should be emailed to me at records@neroepic.com prior to submitting your pre-reg form. Updates and Pre-Reg are two different things, handled by two different departments...

Please note the discounted pre-reg rate does not apply unless you get your pre-reg information submitted by the deadline. The Deadline will always be, Friday at midnight, two weeks prior to the event!

Visiting Players:
In order to attend a NERO Epic Event you MUST contact your home chapter and have them send your current character card to records@neroepic.com by the Pre-Reg Deadline to receive the Pre-Reg price, and no later then the Thursday prior to an event if you plan to show up at the door. Without a character card received by your Home Chapter showing you have a current membership you will be unable to attend the event, as PC or NPC. If you have any questions please contact us.
